Responsible Play
Practical limits for time, money, account security and game participation when using online game services.
Effective: 5 July 2026
Set limits before opening a game
Choose a fixed time and money limit before play begins. The limit should fit normal living costs and should never use borrowed money, essential funds or money needed for bills.
- Set a session time
- Set a maximum spend
- Stop when either limit is reached
- Do not increase the limit to recover a loss
Treat every outcome independently
A previous result does not make the next result certain. Do not chase losses, double amounts because of a streak or treat a promotional message as proof of profit.
Take breaks and review impact
Pause regularly and check whether gaming affects sleep, work, relationships or finances. Stop when it becomes difficult to follow the limits you set.
Protect minors and vulnerable users
Online money-related gaming is not for minors. Do not share account access, payment methods or devices in a way that enables underage participation.
Use account safety controls
Keep passwords and OTPs private, reject remote-control requests and review wallet activity. Security loss can increase financial harm.
Seek help
If gaming feels difficult to control, stop access, speak with someone you trust and seek qualified local support. Self-exclusion and payment limits may also help where available.
Warning signs
Warning signs include hiding spending, borrowing to continue, chasing losses, missing responsibilities, losing sleep or feeling unable to stop. Treat these signs seriously and pause access.
Practical barriers
Useful barriers can include removing the app, blocking the website, reducing payment access, asking a trusted person for support and using self-exclusion or limit tools where available.
